Never rowed before?
We have a curriculum for women just like you!  You start out in the boathouse still-water tank and progress through the flat-bottomed barge to the racing shell.  By the end of camp, you will be a proficient sweep rower!

Novices (those with no previous rowing experience) are grouped separately from the experienced rowers to provide a comfortable learning environment.  No need to worry about the technique or any knowledge of the sport of rowing - we will teach you everything you need to know.  The only thing you need to bring is the desire and enthusiasm to learn a new sport!  Our coaches will provide the rest!

The camp is conducted on the grounds of the historic United States Naval Academy from the Fisher Rowing Center.  All women ages 19+ are eligible to attend the camp.  Campers are divided into groups according to ability - from complete novices to experienced racers.  The coach to athlete ratio is 10:1 to maximize individual attention and coaching.
